DOWNTOWN — A 50-year-old Burbank man was arrested Tuesday after assaulting a fellow resident at a sober living home.

At about 6:50 p.m., officers responded to the 1500 block of Clark Avenue, where they determined that resident John Hamilton, 50, had been drinking before he punched Rocky Rightmyer, 44, in the face, Sgt. Thor Merich said.

Paramedics treated Rightmyer for a laceration to the face. Hamilton was arrested for battery and taken to the Burbank jail.
