New opponents for locals

Alberto Crane

CalledOut MMA’s third installment is just five days away, but changes are aplenty.

Glendale’s Alberto Crane and Sevak Magakian are still slated to fight respective lightweight (155 pounds) bouts, but are doing so against different opponents than expected on Saturday at the Ontario Citizens Business Bank Arena.

Crane (12-4), who had been slated to face Wander Braga in a matchup of highly touted Brazilian jiu jitsu black belts, will face Albert Rios (11-4).

Magakian (7-2) was first scheduled to face Saad Awad and then Jeremy Umprhies, but both pulled out, apparently from injury. Magakian is now scheduled to fight Noe Quintanilla.
