RED CARPET TREATMENT AT BURBANK MIDDLE SCHOOL

Burbank Middle School students statewide scores jumped 25 points to 816, so they got the red-carpet treatment with music and greetings from teachers, staff and parents on Friday October 10, 2009.  For a photo gallery of the event, click on the photo below.

 

Students like Fabian Qui–ones, 11 and in 6th grade, walked the red carpet as they arrived to Luther Burbank Middle School in Burbank on Friday, October 9, 2009.  The students were treated to a red-carpet greeting along with music by teachers, staff and parents after the school improved 25 points from last year in statewide testing and received 816 points, about 100 more than 5 years ago.
